Level IV/V   Cost- $135.00

(Private and semi-private sessions may be available Saturdays before 10:00am or after 12:00pm Cost -$45/45 minutes)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE START OF THE SESSION. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Sessions are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals. This Pilates Fusion class incorporates isometric exercise improving total body strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Use of bands, exercise balls, and foam rollers challenges your core for a rejuvenating workout without building bulky muscles.

Pilates is unique multifunctional exercise serving to stretch and strengthen the body simultaneously. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends stretching for as long as we work out, Pilates is the perfect solution. Instead of running for an hour, lifting weights for 30 minutes then stretching (as recommended by ACSM) for 90 minutes, do an hour of Pilates and save an hour. Pilates is a series of exercises that grow and build upon each other flowing effortlessly one to another. It takes time and practice to make Pilates look easy but that’s a good goal for most people. What can Pilates do? Flatten your stomach, tighten your buttocks and thighs, make you taller, and improve posture, flexibility, sleep, bone density, cholesterol levels, blood pressure readings, and your sex life. You can get really strong, without adding bulk and tone and tighten every muscle in your body from the inside out.

We are thrilled for the challenge to work with you and/or a group of your friends. Rates are very economical and food/drinks may be brought in to enhance the fun.  (cheaper than a dinner out and MUCH healthier)
